Bio
Christoph Schmocker has over twenty years of professional experience in managing foundations, non profit organizations, and fundraising. Before joining the Julius Baer Foundation in 2016, he has been Director of Fundraising & Strategic Projects at Cape Town University for six years. In Switzerland he worked as Director of Marketing and Communication for Terre des Hommes Foundation from 1997 to 2001 before taking the role of CEO at UBS Optimus Foundation from 2001 to 2010. From 2000 he has assumed several mandates, as those at Roger Federer Foundation, Giorgio Armani Perfume & Beauty and Fondation Chirac.
Federico Moro

Bio
Federico Moro is the Executive Director in Europe of the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights. Lawyer since 2004, he specializes in law in US at San Diego, at the European Parliament in Bruxelles, and at the Boston University School of Law - Legal Institute. He has been an advisor for Fondazione Telethon and in 2004 started working for "Speak Truth To Power" (STTP), educational project of the Robert F. Kennedy Center. He was among the founders of the Tra Robert F. Kennedy Foundation of Europe Onlus, that he leaded as Secretary General until 2011. He is a member of Aspen Institute Italia as Former Aspen Junior Fellow.

Bio
Author of several papers and publications, esteemed speaker, David Hunter has been Director of Evaluation and Learning at the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation, setting the basis for program selection and impact assessment. Previously, he was CEO at the Southwest Connecticut Mental Health System, focusing on the optimization of treatment timing and quality of treatments through the evaluation of sanitary outcomes. He is Managing Partner of Hunter Consulting LLC., Ambassador of the Leap of Reason Community, and for 30 years he has helped non profit organization develop their value proposition through Theory of Change workshops and to create and implement performance management systems.
